Sauna Sessions

Infrared light is the invisible part of the sun’s spectrum. It is completely safe and healthy and although infrared light is a naturally occurring wavelength of the sun, it does not contain the harmful UV rays associated with unprotected sunlight. In fact, one can be exposed for hours without the risk of burning and it is so safe, hospitals use infrared to warm newborn infants.

Traditional saunas only heat the air in the cabin whereas Infrared saunas penetrate deep into your cells giving you a deep detoxifying sweat. Because infrared heat penetrates deep into tissues versus just the surface of the skin, infrared saunas are seven times more effective than traditional saunas for detoxifying the body. By raising the body’s core temperature, Infrared saunas can produce a sweat composed of 20% toxins compared to 3% with a traditional sauna.

Unlike traditional saunas which operate in excess of 180⁰ F, infrared saunas have the benefit of being effective at a more comfortable temperature of between 120-150⁰ F.

We have two options:

  • a 50-minute room reservation (45-minute session plus 5 minutes to undress/dress)
  • a 30-minute room reservation (25-minute session plus 5 minutes to undress/dress)
We provide towels, water, and electrolytes. Clients are encouraged to bring their own reusable water bottle, however, we also have compostable plastic cups if needed. Just like an intense workout, it’s best to not eat a large meal prior to sauna bathing.

The rooms are private, so most clients undress for their sauna sessions. Loose and comfortable clothing is easiest for getting dressed after the sauna.

Benefits can be obtained in 20 mins, however, up to 45 minutes is recommended. If you are new to sauna bathing, it’s best to not push too hard in the beginning. Your body acclimates to the heat with time, so you’ll find you can withstand longer sessions with more time/frequency.

The frequency will depend upon your own individual health and wellness goals. We recommend at least 2 to 3 times a week. To maximize benefits, 4 to 5 times a week is recommended. Maintaining proper hydration levels and electrolyte balance is an important consideration, especially with more frequent sessions.

Cold Plunge

Our Chlorine-free tub uses ozone filtration as a powerful oxidizer to break down unwanted contaminates and maintain water quality. The tub also contains a 20-micron filter to remove debris. The water constantly circulates to help water quality & make for an even colder plunge experience. Our tub is maintained according to the manufacturer’s commercial guidelines.
The ice bath cools down to as low as 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
Stand-alone Ice bath room reservations are 15 minutes total. The recommended time in the water is 3-9 minutes depending on experience. We also offer sauna + ice bath combo sessions for hot and cold immersion therapy which is a 1-hour room reservation.

Ceragem Massage Bed

It’s an automated massage bed that combines infrared heat with acupressure massage. The machine scans your back for the first 90 seconds to get the length of your spine, then creates a custom massage with various acupressure points. This treatment is great for relieving sore muscles & joint pain, improving blood circulation, and is incredibly relaxing.
Just wear loose comfortable clothing. No prep needed.
Jade massage sessions are ~40 minutes long.

This treatment can be done as often as daily!
